A simple ban with reasons and justification.
Situation: I wanted magic stick to deny Yuuka. I asked for help before 10 minutes, Momo doesn't come.

"It" being proof that i had asked for help earlier in the game.

I say "You better help me" as to be a bit intimidating but also playfully.
I say "rq" to also threaten Momo, again still playfully. I did not rq that game even when Yuuka did get stick.

Its 5 minutes 55 seconds. I again remind momo to help me steal stick.
He replies with "OK"

Its 9 minutes 30 second.
I had not reminded Momo since 5 minutes 55 seconds, but I had thought that Momo would be attentive and would come help.

Its 9 minutes 40 second. (I sped up a little past it)
I frantically ask momo to come top realizing he hasn't even made an effort to head this way. I knew he wouldnt make it in time though, since i saw where he was when i asked. But i had hoped that maybe i could kill yuuka and spider or delay long enough for him to reach me.

Momo makes the argument that i should have alerted around a minute before 10 minutes.
But shouldnt he pay attention and help me when i had already asked for it, TWICE before 10 minutes?

Momo says he cant make it, 17 seconds after i say come top. He still in mid lane.

10 minutes. Yuuka has magic stick. Momo, is still mid.

There is proof. I had asked for help earlier in the game.
Momo denys it.
Thus my ban.

It's personal sure, its not really a violation of anything.
Its directly disobeying a shaman, a teammate, and friend who asks for help.
Also, momo said i could ban so i banned.
