Tier list/Competitive play

So if there is competitive play like clan match and its mode like -CM from dota, ban 8 hero and pick 10 hero. Which hero do you think likely to be banned and to be picked

for me, top 8 hero likely to be banned :
1 Yamame Kurodani, her ultimate is really troublesome and cannot be countered by anyway, also it is nightmare for healer hero.
2 Tewi Inaba, probably she have the best upgraded basic. Also it can be upgraded from the first time you pick it. The only way to counter her is to farm more. But your opponent likely had more gold than your team eventhough they didnt farm
3 Mokou I think everyone know how annoying her possesion of phoenix. Also her other spell deal huge damage.
4 Flandre, with recent removed elec stunner, she had nearly absolute protection againts spell. Especially if you team consist of only spellcaster
5 Iku just like flandre have great protection againts spell, also her animation attack is the best and her lw is a good building destroyer.
6 Hina when she reach level 15 its like free building 2 min
7 Mitori, well if yamame not banned she likely to be banned, becoz its just like blood for blood if her ulti combine with yamame ulti
8 Hieda No Akyu with recent ban discussion. she likely to be bannd in competitive play

Top 10 picked hero (it doesnt mean your team consist of these hero, it just mean these hero has high percentage to be picked )
1 Reisen, AOE stun with no casting time
2 Reimu Hakurei, balance hero also she can take any role
3 Suika, she can be tank , chaser, disabler also she can deal huge damage
4 Tenshi, probably the best meele hero
5 Komachi, just like venge everyone love swap and hate against it.
6 Remilia, just like mokou her spell deal huge damage at early game also she can be good meele
7 Yuugi, well someone call her flawless hero, oh well her lw truely devastating also it goes through invincible status
8 Okuu, her lw very powerful and has high damage and AOE but it can be countered with cheap anti magic potion
9 Aya, have high mobility, good spell and great lastword though its cooldown really a let down
10 Kaguya, have good healing spell and her last word can reset cooldown make her good support hero

also Rumia is automatically banned

If I were to play this competitively, there would have to be a draft pick in effect a head of time. That way you would not have mismatches like Yamame vs a healer team. You would need to make sure to get counter picks to certain match ups, or deny the other team from getting certain heroes. If the teams are picked using a sort of draft system a head of time, preferably before the game starts, many of your scenarios can be avoided or countered. Against people with powerful antibuilding last words, the only thing that I can suggest is to have one person buy cameras to watch key locations so you can be prepared if a Hina or another trying to sneak around and be ready to stun them. Although it may be simple to say and harder to apply in game, it's entirely possible to stop them before they take out the tower/barracks.

yeah i know every herocan be countered, coz of that they are not banned when play in regular match

but cause of draft like dota many character always banned , like nerubian assassin for example

cause of that there is tier list for this, with percentage of picked/ banned hero

so if you got to pick first, which hero you likely to ban first and which hero you likely to pick first

You wouldn't want to -random when having a serious match up though. That's where the draft system would come into play. Teams would take turns banning whatever characters then do a draft pick. Just fun matches, -random all the way :3.

In Kalimdor THDB tourney they use this rule :

League mode(which is mixture of deathmatch 50 and...probably parallel), 4 people random first, pause then determine the 1 pick

interesting, but i'd still random in a srs match, why so srs?
