Characters' Roles

Because too many idiots don't know how to play their characters properly


1 . Spellcasters
- Main firepower/Stunlock of the team
- Gank
- Siege(If only you have some kind of siege spells)

In this map, characters are generally way more fragile than them in other AOS maps while their spells have stronger firepower along with a bunch of spell items. Once you reach 'proper' level. You should make a group with other allies and start ganking unless your character is so imba that you can solo-gank, or you need some more farming to maximize efficiency. Since you get more EXP from just taking solo in lane, the purpose of gank is not leveling, but harassment and preventing ally farmer/late-growing characters from enemy ganking.



2 . Melees
- When their spells are on cooldown, damage and kill enemies as fast as possible. You may also choose to absorb 1~2 spells with AMS or believe in your high HP

Why not be a real man and LEEROY into them? Because in this map, spellcasters take too much advantage than melees in the battle unlike those in other AOS maps, UNTIL THE END OF GAME. Some spells can even just 1hit you. Oh you're gonna say you previously solo'd spellcaster with melee right? I'm pretty sure that who's using spellcaster was retarded, or he/she was faced with some other problems(No 500+ MS, inexperienced, was fighting with others, failure of Mana management, etc).

You should stay away from AOEfest&spell spam and then you may get close to your target, kill it quick and choose to go further or retreat before enemy spellcasters are ready to spam spells again.

If your character has extreme dps with stun/slow move, you may consider to fight solo against them. Yes I meant you ragepick something like Tenshi and you autowin them ^^

Also, if you see spellcaster in your lane, just give him/her solo and go jungle. If spellcasters grow slow, it's not just his/her loss, but whole team's loss because enemies will take advantage in ganking and they will also gank you very soon

4 . Early Farmer - Later OMGHAXPWN
-Farm as much as you can, and beware enemy ganking

There are some characters that have extraordinary farming ability(Nazrin, Tewi, Shou, etc) or become extremely powerful at Lv 15(Byakuren, Shikieiki, etc). If you're one of them, hold the lane until you farm enough(or jungle depending on the character and build). Midas' Hand helps you out a lot in this case. Also, always keep your eyes on and get away from enemy ganking. Some hidden cameras and Gold Ring/Yuukaring(I'm not sure how current Eng version describes tp ring as) will also be a big help.

What about the hybrid builds dun. WHAT ABOUT THEM!!!!! For example my godly zun too godly with his siege melee and caster build!!
