about candy

well my friend said it OP, so he request to ban it, well what do you think about this item, eventhough I disagree to ban it

Candy is very good early game. It can save your life very easily but as the game advances, it's effectiveness dies down as the amount of damage output increases. That being said, constantly buying candy or any healing item quickly drain your funds. Getting a hero kill does not even break you even after using a candy. While useful for surviving ganks, it's main effect is to keep you alive so you have a chance to level.
