Notable changes, Kogasa revamped. Damage charge is her new ulti, slow aura her new last word, and a new skill for x (another blizzard type skill).

Bugs I've noticed.
Kogasa's new X is glitched when mastered. Consumes mana, shows the effect for one wave but no damage and cooldown doesn't happen.
Alice D upgrade changed to affect wards but will not work on anything after upgraded.

always making me wonder if they really have proper brain at least to think

Very true. A melee Kogasa now has 5 more skill points to work with since before you needed 5 for halo and another 5 for blink. Now the 5 for halo can be put into damage or unique items instead <.<
